Light House in Tanjung Tuan

How many of us knew of the light house existence and it's history behind it? According to the stated board, Tanjung Tuan or Cape Rachado ( name given by the Portugese) is situated in the state of Malacca. Has a Light House facing the Straits of Malacca. And what follows in the board, then you need to make a trip here to read it yourself.Won't be interesting anymore if I were to reveal it all to you.Sorry readers!

Five of us which were HB, PS, two friends and I intended to take the 1km walk to see the Light House.
Names needed to be registered before the walk could begin.
The journey to the Light House was not easy. The way was steep but none of us give up and with determination, we continued our walk till the end.
Oh no! still not there yet. Never mind, we are able to make it to the top.
Came across the board of historic name of birds which migrates here.
There's even a pathway for bird watcher if you are one of them.
It had brighten our day. We were able to see the Light House. Just a few more steps and we're at the foot of the Light House soon.
The ever standing proud Light House. Notice the small booth for resting next to the staircase.
Tanjung Tuan Light House is the oldest light house in Malaysia. It stands on the highest point of the cape and was build in 1860. Also believed that , Parameswara the first sultan of Malacca, was buried in the area.
From the foot of it, we climbed up the staircases to take a look at the view from the top.
As I looked up, the Light House was indeed tall in height.
Close shot of the Light House.
The view taken from the side of the Light House.
This highest point scene reminds me of Uluwatu, Bali
